“We purchased our wine fridge in 2016 and recently the led display failed. First they said it was out of warranty, but I spoke to a supervisor about it (the part) being the most important aspect of a dual zone. She sent a new one right out and my husband was able to install it. All in all great customer service.”

“I selected this decanter after a long and exhausting search to find a modern, stylish, but classic decanter for the boyfriend as a Christmas Gift. He loves it!!! Especially the personalized initial! Now to select the perfect bourbon to fill this decanter!!”

“This decanter made the perfect holiday gift for my father. I love it's unique shape as I saw mostly square or round decanters. The personalized letter was a nice tough. The decanter came fully intact, no issues whatsoever and customer service was very helpful when I called to make sure it would arrive in time for the holidays.”
