“We have received 3 sets of replacement keys for our Eurocave Pure wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast. The last set had to be ordered from France. None of the sets of keys, each set costing $29 has fit. Wine Enthusiast did not charge us for the last set of keys which did not fit. Fortuately, we were able to find the original keys.”

“I had really worried that when I lost (actually misplaced) my keys that I would need a locksmith and how that could possibly damage my Eurocave. Fortunately I thought that first I should see if the support team at Wine Enthusiast could provide replacement keys. What a relief and a money saver too!”
