“We have 6-8 of these in our Eurocave "wine tower." They glide easily, smoothly, have adjustable cradles and can fit most bottles handily. The only problem we have is with very tall California wine bottles that don't sit in the cradle properly. First world problems. :) The shelves handle 8 Burgundy-style bottles snugly, and 8 Bordeaux style bottles easily. The only issue we have had, in about 18-months of use. I have had to unload and reset a couple of shelves that unlatched from the side of the cabinet. It is possible I did not seat them fully, but usage caused a corner to detach. Nothing evil, just took them out and put them back in.That's part of why these are so nice. You can adjust spacing vertically as you see fit.”

“Color slightly off from others, can't fill an entire row as bottles "pop up" and labels get scratched. Most importantly, one rack keeps falling off the rails. I guess I need to watch a YouTube video to learn how to adjust them but how about just checking this stuff before it leaves the factory? Love my wine fridge so far, but the shelves... What the heck??!”

“I was very impressed with the kit when it arrived. I have been using it regularly. Unfortunately last week 3 of the 6 blades of the foil cutter fell off and when inspecting what had happened , I realized that 2 more were close to falling off. The attachment used for the cutters all became unscrewed and I cannot attach them again. I must say I am very disappointed that the cutter has only lasted a few weeks.i would not recommend the set to anyone, until I am provided with a more durable foil cutter. I am prepared to send you the unusable cutter if you wish to see the problem. My rating reflects my disappointment of your lovely description of the 6 blade foil cutters.”

“New automatic operating opener works great. Just remove foil with great cutter provided then place unit on top and it starts working without pushing anything. Love it.Cannot say anything about other features as I do not use them.”
