“For some reason I did not notice that the Premiere did not have a Humidity monitor and for that reason I should have purchased the Pure "L" but the until right next to it has a humidity monitor so that will have to do. If you purchase extra shelves you have to tweak the roller slides to expand or as shipped they slip off the track. The cellar does not maintain a constant temperature but bounces around a lot. It can be a two degree swing. Time will tell if I like it better than my other Eurocaves. Only time will tell.”

“I purchased five roll out shelves for my older model EuroCave and they installed easily and work effortlessly. It is great to be able to see all my bottles and the shelves do accommodate 12 Bordeaux bottles easily.”
