“I'm very happy, this furniture is so beautiful and classy. I agree with some reviewers that wine shelves are a bit fragile and they won't lock so be careful if you pull too much wines will drop. I used to have a KitchenAid wine cooler, and wines won't fit in the shelves in general (other than small bottles), this one has a better space for almost any kind. Other than that I love it, real wood, heavy stuff, nice done.”

“I ordered this unit with 4 integrated coolers as overflow storage. It is a solid piece of furniture and looks great in my home. The only thing I have noticed is the inconsistency in the cooling units at maintaining the temps. I don't mind the fluctuation in the whites, but not too keen on my reds being chilled. This may need to be used only for the whites but I am mostly a red wine drinker :/”

“I was disappointed to discover that instead of space for 20 bottles of wine in each cooler as was advertised when I purchased the credenza, there are only space for 16 bottles in each cooler!? that is 20% fewer spaces than I expected and is significant as that is the only space I now have to store my wine, as compared to cellar I had in my home that held over 200.”

“The wine credenza is absolutely beautiful! The furniture is solid wood and is very beautiful. The wine refrigerator wood shelves were too narrow/small for the wine bottles so I just removed a shelf and made it work! I am very happy with the whole process, ordering, delivery, and the way it looks and works!”

“The credenze itself is beautiful. It looks great and keeps the wine chilled at a good temperature. It also is not designed for Burgundy bottles which causes problems. There are some flaws with the credenza itself such as the top of one of the doors rubbing against another when it's open. I also had an issue with one of the coolers making a consistent noise while the other three are completely silent. Wine Enthusiast sent a tech out to inspect it and it was determined that a replacement cooler was needed. This in itself took several months of emails with WE to schedule. Now that a new cooler is needed I have received zero updates from WE. Overall the credenza is great, but the customer service from WE is severely lacking.”

“It is a nice piece of furniture, but functionality of the wine storage is very poor. First, the chillers are extremely loud, so if you're putting it in a living area, beware. The thermostats are not as accurate as they should be (mine are set at 55, but one unit is at 52 and the other unit is at 56). The door gaskets get in the way of the slide out shelves, so you have to push the gasket out of the way to pull the shelves out. The bottom storage area is very hard to access. Very disappointing, especially from wine storage professionals like WE.”
