“The left cooler is working but the right hasn't been functioning properly since delivery. It wouldn't cool or even turn on with the door controls. I called product support and they said they would send a new cooler and a technician. Two weeks later no technician. But, thr cooler started cooling on it's own but can't be controlled by the door controls that don't light up. Misdiagnosis by the support guy? So what I need is someone to actually show 3 weeks later.”
