“We really do love this Wine fridge as long as it works. This was a replacement of an existing purchase that failed 2 weeks after Costco warranty ended. I was told by wine enthusiast it was no longer under their warranty as well. Ended up paying $200 for technician to come out and tell me it would be about $800-$1000 to fix it. I kept calling wine enthusiast and finally got a technician that was able to get it replaced. Mind you during this time I was making a claim on my Visa card under the warranty protection. The visa ended up declining the claim because it was actually under the wine enthusiast 3 year standard warranty on motor and internal system warranty. I just wanted the $200 service charge refunded. Please understand that the replacement was being made as a “help I don’t know what to do” scenario and the rep talked to a manager to get it replaced. Never said it was being replaced under the warranty. Of course they wouldn’t take care of the old one. Who wants a big 150lb wine cabinet? We ended up paying the delivery driver of the new one $150 to take the old one. We really love the wine fridge. It is stylish and holds a great deal of wine. However if it breaks…. Good luck.”
