“Would not recommend purchasing from Wine Enthusiast. We had a fridge that went down, needed a new one rushed. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get delivery from their warehouse, which is 6 hours away. The shipping company they use AM Home Delivery is the worst, no one knows what's going on and never calls back. I must have talked to 20 different people there over the last 3 weeks and never got any answers. The rep Jeremy that took my order was super helpful on order day, but when I tried to get help checking on the shipping it was more of "I'll call you back even though he never called back." We will never order anything from Wine Enthusiast again, customer service is no good and neither is their choice in shipping company.”

“Good cooler but will only hold 200 bottles maximum”

“Will only hold a maximum of 200 bottles. Says it’s a 250 capacity cooler but I have tried every way and can only get 198 in cooler I had great customer service in dealing with this issue but that did not help with capacity issue”
