“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both PCB board or the LCD display board resolved my issue. When I called customer service and provided them with the error code E5 they told me it could be one of three things. The PCB board, LCD display or temperature sensor. The sensor is not in stock so I ordered the other two and my wine fridge still does not work. Trying to return the two items I bought based on their technical expertise and now they are giving me such a hard time to get my money back. Plus I have a 4 year old wine fridge that does not work and on top of that is has been discontinued. And when you try to call them it has taken from 1 hour to 2 hours just to speak to someone. And then when you are promised by the technician they were going to refund my PCB board when I sent multiple pictures to them of the problem it never happened. I would recommend staying away from Wine Enthusiasts for any purchases.”
