“The product works fine. However, I had a problem when I reversed the door. I am not able to lock the cooler. Support has not listened and as a result I am no closer to solving the problem.”

“The refrigerator itself is good. Not a 150 bottle frig, maybe 70. These time to get them was long. Had to call many times too where my order was. Took too much effort just to get an anso”

“The Vinotheque, in use for one month, is performing well. Quiet and seemingly well made, it accomodated the bottles from three under counter wine cooler with additional capacity awaiting new arrivals.”

“The Wine Cellar is very quiet. My only small complaint is the shelving light does not come on automatically when the door is opened. You have to unlock the panel then hit the light. Everything else seems to be working just fine.”

“Temperature is off on Led screen by two degrees. and when I check actual bottles they are at a different temperature also. Temperature is inaccurate.”
