“Very happy with the sales process, even happier with the product. We visited the SoHo store in March by chance. We were able to see products on display, so making a decision was earliier. We ordered this wine cellar a month ago following one last converstaion with the store plus some video facetiming to be comfroatble with storage. This helped. Delivery was well communicated, and prompt, the installation flawless. We followed to instructions to let the wine cooler settle before switching on a couple of days later. All went to plan. After a few days with the cooler at 75 pct. capacity everything is stable. Temperature set at 55 degress and is stable there, humidity also stable at 55 pct. Given the stability, we have not yet initiated the WiFi connection, but prior to a vacation we do this. This is a solid reliable appliance and we are thrilled to have this added to our home. The plan was to drink better wines, not often but when we choose to, and never be exposed to hurried decisions buying a poor quality wine from the supermarket. This has worked well!”
