“I bought the WE 80-bottle version. It's still quite new, less than 2 months, so of course I expect to work flawlessly, which so for it is. I hope I can say the same thing in 5 years. I'm expecting it should given it will get much less daily use as a new refrigerator in the kitchen. I have it installed in an insulated garage.”

“I bought three of these to creat a wall of wines and counter to showcase a few others....It makes for a beautiful display as well as keeping the wines at a regulated temperature and I don't have to worry about keeping that room closed off any more....(closed off from blasting of heat!). Also, they are lockable, so when we are gone for a period of time no one can bother them!”

“Unit came with a few defects. Door hung at an angle which doesn't allow a proper seal when closed. Also top shelf extension arm not attached to unit properly on one side so shelf not level left to right when looking thru glass door. Wine Enthusiast's QC department should check units better before they are shipped. Will update review when I receive the replacement unit. Unit does look nice and runs quietly. Have some larger Pinot bottles which do clear above shelf when pulling shelf out. Nicer unit then two other brands I have had in the past. On a bright side, customer service was great and easy to deal with when walking thru the issues.”

“quiet, well made and very good at maintaining temperature, but as so many have found out the capacity is much less than 80 with bottles being what they are these days”

“The unit is what was billed. an acceptable adequate unit. The temp is accurate and the look is nice. The functionality of the unit is lacking. No way you can get 80 bottles in this unit. The shelves are flimsy and not apart enough so difficult to story much on each shelf. So if want an expensive unit with about 60 bottles storage this is your product. Unfortunately no other product is any better that I have found.”

“I called Wine Enthusiast for help choosing a wine refrigerator and my rep was great. I told him my desires (tinted glass, UV rated, wood-front shelves, and not "industrial" looking) and he honed in on this one. Although it was more than I wanted to spend, I realized that what I wanted wasn't available in smaller models so I bit the bullet, and I have no regrets.The delivery was seamless and I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in (as was advised). It dropped to my desired 58Âº soon afterwards and has maintained it consistently since then. The blue light is a beautiful shade and adds to its elegant appeal.The one suggestion I have is fix the shelves. Their design is a bit wonky. They can lift off of the front pegs and pull out quite far, which is handy for filling the shelf but unstable as they can then tip off of the rail and everything would fall to the floor. SO, be aware as you're filling/accessing your wines.Lastly, the capacity IS overstated, but WineEnthusiast was very up front about it when I spoke with them prior to ordering. I've always seen that a rule of thumb is to expect 25% less capacity that what's stated (due to differences in bottle sizes) and I'd say that's true for this unit. I currently have a spacious 40 bottles in my fridge and could get another 20 without excessive crowding.”
