“This is a basic cooler, the shelves are not high quality, and the spacings between shelves are too tight. The description is entirely misleading. There should be photos or a video showing consumers that when the fridge has wine on the shelves, you must lift the shelf above to slide any shelf forward, whether it's to view the wine or remove a bottle. Very poor, tight, and cheap design at a very high price.”

“It's not WE's fault, but wine bottles vary so much in size and shape that the listed capacity is an impossible dream - even if some bottles are placed at the back of each shelf, hidden from view. A bit more shelf space might help, but that would merely tempt winemakers to use bigger bottles (containing the same amounts of wine) to impress prospective buyers. This fridge is very good for what it is, and ideal for most people (who rarely have more than 50 bottles on hand, thst is).”

“I'm glad I read the reviews. It looks great - don't count on it holding 80 bottles. It seems like the shelves could be made slightly different so bottles sat neatly aligned rather than slightly twisted to fit the rack design. It works ok, just not ideal. For the price, the quality seems to be there! Ask me in a few years :-). It cooled down quickly upon starting. The shipping/delivery process was smooth!”

“The second refrigerator seems to be working, and delivery was quick and efficient. Good storage, although it does struggle a little with bottles that aren't Bordeaux shaped. The first refrigerator was delivered after a lot of delay, including the driver showing up on a day that I had told the delivery company I wouldn't be available. That one did not work - the compressor would run, but did no cooling - and Wine Enthusiast offered to replace it with no hassle, but left me with the job of disposing of the refrigerator myself. It cost $50 in hazardous disposal fees, calling in a favor to move the thing, a truck, and a Saturday morning to take it to a hard-to-recycle materials facility to get it out of my house. I get that sometimes things are broken out of the factory, but it was a really subpar handling of a defective product.”
