“Handles are too close together. Shelves are good size for all but the largest Cab bottles. You will have to stack a second row of bottles on a shelf to get 500 bottles in your vault. I had a hard time getting the feet adjusted so they sat well next to each other. A bit trial and error, moving them together then apart again to adjust.”

“This are great units and, while I've had them up and running for just three weeks, they're exactly what I wanted to supplement my indoor storage (glass-fronted Eurocave units). These sit on an interior wall in my garage here in Houston -- where it gets fairly hot during our 8 months of summer -- but they're keeping my whites perfectly cool (7-8C) and ready to drink. I'm also using one to store (at 12C) some "overflow" reds I have at the moment. Lacking some bells and whistles I have on my Pure units but didn't want/need those features for my whites and I'm getting some nice/high humidity in both units in any event. Well priced for good quality. Super happy and highly recommend.”

“these are 2 side by side 250 bottle vaults. Once I finally received them 1 was Dead on arrival. Took a while to understand from Cust Service how it would be resolved. They ordered a Service Technician to come out and review / repair it. Would take another 3 weeks for that. Several calls in between, I called the day before just to confirm that they would be at my house tomorrow and they said yes. Day of, No one has showed up so I called again and they said Wine Enthusiasts cancelled Technician and was sending me a new one. I had no idea that was happening but glad they did. Took almost 4 weeks to receive but finally did and it's been working fine. Overall we love the wine vault, but dealing with Technical support and Customer service was a beating. I give the Product a 4 Star and the Service a 2 Star”

“The delivery team for the installation brought an undersized dolly and eventhough I had disclosed 1 step up to the deck and one step down into the familyroom they refused to deliver insode and left the double cave in my driveway. One was left unboxed the second still boxed. They said it would require 3 person team due to the steps and argued with me about the disclosure. I spoke with dispatch scheduling and the acknowledged that the two steps were disclosed. But, a new team had to be scheduled to come out. That took another week. The installation went well, until we discovered that one of the caves wouldn't open. after 15 minutes of trying to figure what the "hang-up" was it was determined that the hinge wasn't working correctly. The door appeared to be "sprung". To open and close I have to use two hands to "lift" the door off the latch mechanism. I have had my wines waiting in a basement. 1 week was bad enough for my 445-bottle collection. Then the extra week... and now the 2nd cave doesn't even work right. Since I have to wait 24 hours to plug in, I am hopeful that at least that will work. Waiting for customer service on hold now for over 20 minutes and only now #4 in line. I will update my review. I'm hoping they can send someone out to make an adjustment on the door hinge and not replace the entire cellar.”
