“One handle had no holes drilled and could not be put on by delivery team. I needed to pay handy man to install.”

“set up only leveled one of the two cabinets we purchased. Doors are not hung level/even. The combined cabinets do not fit together so it looks very tacky & cheap. we are so disappointed. We haven’t even plugged it in yet. I have tried to call for two days to get through to customer service and have had no luck. My last attempt I selected the callback option, hopefully I will hear back from you soon and we will get this mess of wine storage resolved.”

“So far so good. Really great wine fridge. The shelves are excellent and really can fit a lot of wines. The ambient lighting is great in our restaurant.”
