“We purchased this wine chiller to lay down, for an extended time, some nice wines we purchased. The size and look are exactly what we needed for the space we have. The digital display and light work perfectly. The wooden shelves are neat and pull in and out of the fridge with ease. The two lower shelves are shorter (front to back) because the compressor is located in that section of the fridge. Regular height bottles still fit on those two shelves, but nothing taller. We situated the chiller in our laundry room, so the compressor kicking off and on is not noticeable to us. We can hear it when we are in the room and it doesn't seem tremendously different than the sound of our regular refrigerator. The only "con" is one that we anticipated after reading a lot of reviews on wine chillers before finally deciding to purchase this one. The main comment I noticed refers to the number of bottles the chiller actually holds in comparison to what it SAYS it will hold. I found that to be entirely true. Since we knew that our wine bottles are not Bordeaux size, we purchased a chiller much larger than what we thought we would need. It was the best decision we made. We have plenty of room!”
