“Perfect fit replacing an old trash compactor and very attractive. Just be careful installing the grill, I cut myself on a sharp edge. Took a wire brush and cleaned up the edge. Now I feel great about this wine cooler.”

“The delivery company did not deliver to my front door as expected. They left the unit at my garage. I had to move it myself later.”

“Addendum to the above entry: the delivery company dropped off the cheaper replacement. It wasn't an error by Wine Enthusiast. Talked to Wine Enthusiast customer service. They identified the problem and it was promptly replaced with the correct unit. So far it's working fine (finger's crossed).”

“Nice fridge when it's working, but it just conked out again after about 1 year. First one went out after about 6 months. Customer service was great....we had a replacement within a few days. The second one has now gone out after about one year...waiting to hear back from customer service .....and wondering if we should try a different brand...”
