“I have been wanting this wine jail for about 3 years and I finally purchased it and I couldnt be happier! The assembly was simple- 45min tops if you follow the intructions and not tighten the screws till you have them all in,really very easy. The wine cage is a good weight to feel sturdy enough to hold 84 bottles. I would recommend this to anyone who is a wine lover and likes to shop and store wine, really pretty display.Write your review here. It must be at least 50 characters long. “I am very happy with my purchase. It was extremely easy to put together. you should only tighten the screws just enough to fasten at first. It took us less than an hour to assemble. Would highly recommend this product.”

“Be cautious not as Nice as it appearsWe purchased this as gift and thought it looked great from the website. When it arrived we were surprised at the condition of the box and it contents. The box appeared to have been opened before and repacked. The screws for assembly were not inside of a bag or envelope or anything. They were just thrown into the box, several were missing. The door letters were also just thrown into the large box no protection or wrap. We then learned the "wood" top, I use the word liberally, because it is really nothing more then scrap pieces of wood glued together to make the top. The grain pattern is inconsistent and the color is inconsistent. The letters on the doors are held on by magnets only. The magnets are cheap and every time you open or close the door they fall off. When we called to advise the top had a scratch we were advised a new top would not be sent. We were advised to send a picture of the damage top and they would provide a refund based on what they thought it was worth. We advised that was unacceptable and they advised they dont send replacement tops. Took them a week to send the missing screws. Bottom line i would not recommend! It now has a runner on it to hide the scratch top. Terrible customer service. your review here. It must be at least 50 characters long.
