“unfortunately this is not an 80 bottle unit. I can barely get half that many. I had a previous one that unfortunately was destroyed during a power surge. The shelves are too close to each other to allow any more bottles. Should not be advertised as 80 bottle storage. Get a bigger model if you want to store that many.”

“The first one you sent me was bad so you sent a replacement which was nice, but I never received the display board that I also ordered the same day. I’ve sent two emails and none have been responded to requesting a status on the display board.”
