“The original EuroCave Pure S Wine Cellar was delivered with the bottom sliding shelf laying on the bottom of the unit. The shelf’s sliding guides were damaged causing the shelf to collapse. In addition, none of the other 4 shelves were secured with tape and plastic supports. I contacted Wine Enthusiast and reported the problem. A few weeks later another EuroCave Wine Cellar was delivered in pristine condition and thus far working perfectly. The original damaged unit was removed upon delivery of its replacement.”

“The Eurocave brand was recommended to me by a friend who has owned a Eurocave wine cellar for over a year. My recent purchase experience with Wine Enthusiast has been great. The sales consultant was knowledgeable and professional. He spent about an hour on the phone with me to share valuable information to help me make a decision on the model that would best meet my needs. The ordering process was simple and the Wine Enthusiast communication regarding delivery status exceeded my expectations. The white glove delivery team also communicated the ETA well in advance and made a follow up call the day of delivery. Upon arrival, the Fragile Pak representatives carefully unpacked the unit, placed it as requested and removed all debris without a trace. After several days I reached out to the sales consultant just after hours to inquire about accessories, settings, etc. Adam returned my call immediately and answered each of my questions to my satisfaction. A few days later I spoke with the technical department to ensure my settings were accurate and to inquire about the Hydration process. The representative (Ryan) was very thorough and interested in my overall understanding and ownership experience. Based on my experience thus far, I would recommend the Eurocave’s features, classy look and quiet operation. In addition, the entire Wine Enthusiast team has been 100% professional and has provided the type of experience that has earned a 5-Star rating from me. I have no reservations in saying, If you are considering a Wine Cooler, the Eurocave brand is my first choice and The Wine Enthusiast retailer team’s sales experience can’t be beat! I RECOMMEND!!! “Our item came filled with sand on the bottom. The top three shelves were also all out of alignment. Took a while to man handle them back into the tracks. Once cleaned and reassembled, it's been great.”

“Our EuroCave Pure S fit perfectly in the corner of our dining room, and it looks like a nice piece of furniture. I especially like the smooth operation of the roll out shelves, and the adjustable bottle holders for slightly different wine bottle shapes. Very happy with our purchase.”

“So far so good. This is the second EuroCave I have owned and hopefully it will every bit as good as the first! This one is running fine and as expected. Sales people at WE are excellent and very helpful. Delivery is somewhat lacking in that I was scheduled for delivery and waited around for hours only to find they had attempted to deliver to the wrong unit! After several calls to the shipping company it was rescheduled two days out so I got additional practice in waiting around. When actually delivered it was satisfactory. WE should use a better delivery service.”
