“Delivered on time and set up quickly by the White Glove service. While the majority of my bottles are red and Bordeaux shaped, I think the stated capacity of 166 bottles is a bit high. I will likely be able to get only 140-145. Very quiet, even with the compressor running. In the two weeks I've had the Pure M, the temperature has fluctuated between 53.9 and 56.0 (it is set at 54.5). The relative humidity has ranged from 60% to 73%. Overall, I think it looks great, has been running great so far, and would recommend it to those looking to mature and store their fine wines.”

“I've only had this unit two weeks, but it's working well thus far. White Glove delivery services was great. I waited the recommended 48hrs before plugging in it and getting it started. Setting my desired temp was easy, humidity levels are great. This is my second Eurocave in six years. My previous unit was the 183V- it worked perfectly for five years until we had to move to another state. After the move it was never the same. I am hoping to get more than five years out of this unit. The ???????? M appears to be an upgraded 183V. It's beautiful, great new stylish door handle. The ???????? M comes complete with maximum shelving. However, I wanted a Display shelf so I removed some of the drawer-type shelves from the ???????? M and used my old Display shelf from my 183V. My temp and humidity levels are perfect and the the unit is running well. No issues thus far.”

“Quiet, solid, I enjoy owning this unit. I have it side by side to my preciously purchased smaller eurocav revelation, which is the more expensive model with bells and whistles (soft close, better bottle holder etc.) And they are in my sunlit living room (bright but they are situated where there is never direct sun on them) where temperature fluctuates when the sun is out vs not, despite the central a/c. They both flucuate in temps by 3-4 degrees and humidity (50%-60%.). Such fluctuations seem minor but in any case, I would buy this cheaper unit rather than the more expensive one, given that there is no performance pick up.”

“We have not had it very long but we do like the medium size and the glass Door makes a huge difference, much more attractive than my old large black refrigerator like cabinet. The old cabinet went to a private club still going strong after 17 years! We hope to have our new cabinet as long and it looks so nice in our new space. The lighted temp and humidity read outs are helpful as well.”

“The Eurocave Is attractive and maintains a consistent temperature. The only downside is that you need to leave an open space in the middle from top to bottom to maintain the desired humidity. Overall, I would recommend the unit.”

“Bought the Pure M since I needed to store over 100 bottles of all shapes and sizes and they all fit! A nice looking unit and very quiet. I have only had it for approx. 2 weeks so I can't give a detailed review, but overall it seems like a great purchase at this time. Folks at Wine Enthusiast are great to work with as well.”
