“The right side of the unit does not work. Won’t turn on. Called for a service appointment. We were told that they were all busy and that we would get a call back within 3-5 business days. That was 9 days ago. Deplorable service.”

“Great product, but a big caution when installing. This model has an electric plug-in on the rear behind the metal grate. Ours became unplugged during shipping. After placing and leveling the units (and filling them up with bottles), we followed directions and did not try to power them up for 48 hours. One unit was fine, but we had to call service to learn about the rear plug! Nothing about this in the instructions!! Quite a chore to empty the units, remove the metal grate and plug in the unit!”

“I bought 2 units to house my collection. They keep a stable 55 degree temp and the units look great. The one. issue I have had is that the pullout shelves are really built for Bordeaux style bottles. With burgundy bottles you risk having the labels torn when you pull out the shelves. This can be quite upsetting, especially with valuable bottles that could potentially be sold at auction. Alas I guess it is a good excuse to drink them!”

“It is a good quality cooler, the self-closing shelves work about half the time though. The temperature seems to fluctuate 4 to 5 degrees even in an air conditioned room.Oversized bottles will have their labels torn when closing the shelves.Its a good cooler, just overpriced.”
