“A great addition to ky theatre room, saves running up and down steps and keeps things cool. My only issue was delivery company didnt remove back of credenza so fans through off heat and struggled getting cold. I removed back and unit works fine”

“Had it less than a month. It is as advertised, set at 45 and stays at 45, great internal iighting! The bottom shelf can dump your bottles if you are not careful with it. Slight gurgling sound when cooling, but not terrible. Recommend it.”

“So far, the WE 28 bottle cooler has been a good, solid unit and a reasonable value. We like the way it "disappears" into the room , without a protruding handle or chrome accents and the illuminated temperature LED is relatively small. The internal temp measures a couple of degrees F higher than indicated by the LED but easy enough to compensate for. Also a 1-2 degree F temperature variance top to bottom. As such, I would rate the temperature performance of the unit as very good and nothing to worry about. As this is a TE based cooler the only noise is from the fan. The fan is audible, cycles often, and is roughly equivalent to the fan noise in a laptop or desktop computer. Works fine for us, just be aware that "silent" is the marketing description and not a technical term :-). Twenty eight standard sized bottles fit fine. Would purchase again.”

“We are not experts but I can tell you that this cooler really fits the bill when you don't have a huge collection. It's aesthetic, seems heavy duty and works well and stably.The customer service at Wine Enthusiast is consistently FABULOUS! This is the second unit I have purchased over the years and I find the staff very helpful and honest. We had a shipping problem in that the unit arrived damaged and the Customer Service Rep had me send pictures of the damaged unit and then sent out a replacement. I wanted to give this cooler to my husband for Father's Day and was so disappointed when it arrived damaged. Amazingly, the replacement arrived the Friday before Father's Day...a full week earlier than expected!Thank you SO MUCH! We love the cooler and will definitely keep buying and recommending your products and service!Great company!!!”

“This is my first wine storage unit, and I opted for this model at the recommendation of a friend who owns two of the super large models and is a restauranteur / wine expert here. PROS: it looks awesome, it's holding temperature within 2-3 degrees, lighting works wonderfully, and it flexible design accommodates a variety of bottle sizes. CONS: the compressor is noisy. I expected some noise, but the sound is more intrusive than I imagined it would be from the description. So I'd really give it 4.5 star out of five for the compressor noise as everything else seems to be well done. If fact, I'm think about buying another one when they go on sale.”
