“We were told when we called this was the newer model to the one we currently had that the motor finally went out on . It is not or sad if it is. The racks are black plastic like inside and our other one was silver nice metal racks . We also 3 days after it arrived found it at Costco for 100 dollars cheaper when we are at Costco shopping . They would not budge on giving us a little off with proof from Costco .. they said then send it back . 129 for shipping back no thanks . Customer service 5 years ago was was better with our other cooler .”

“Very quiet and works well. However, the 28 bottle size is a little cramped, I wish I had bought the 36 bottle or larger cooler.”

“A fantastic unit for a small space or smaller budget. Keeps wine to temperature and runs very quietly. The large lit display window makes for great display as well.”
