“We like the cooler. Looks attractive & temperature regulation works well. However some of the shelves are unstable and you need to take extra care taking bottles in & out.”

“I would rate it higher for function and appearance, but the bottom shelf does not fit correctly ... the bracket was manufactured incorrectly. I called WE, and they knew about it, but sadly are still selling it as is.”

“We bought 2 coolers. One for each of our kids homes for Christmas. We shopped around and for the money we chose this cooler. We were not disappointed. The kids love them. The quality is great, the appearance is beautiful. Well worth the investment.”

“Simple to install, simple to set up and simple to operate. The only issue I might have is that it is hard to load or remove wine in the back of the shelf.”

“Very pleased with the performance of fridge so far. It is not silent but have gotten used to the sound which does not interfere with everyday activities. Keeps bottles cold and really enjoy being able to see a number of the labels displayed.”

“Only cools the bottom half. The top shelf is as much as 15 degrees warmer than the bottom. It's a tight fit but you can get 28 Cabernet bottles in the unit. Customer service has been awesome. Good people.”
