So far so great! It seems to be working as it should.

Very, very pleased with the product itself. Looks great. The shelves are effortless and smooth. Feels very well balanced so you don’t worry about tipping. Display of the wines is lovely. Disappointed with the delivery service. I never heard a single thing from them after I placed the order. Took multiple calls on my part to get any info and details. The actual delivery was good — but the guys tried to leave without finalizing leveling and set up.

Have had it for a few months now and so far so good. Elegant, offers a useful set of feature and runs relatively quiet (way quieter than our fridge!). Would recommend.

Great product, each zone stays at proper temp, nice to have the app as well. The shelves fit a variety of bottle sizes and the bin at the bottom is nice for any odd size bottles that don't fit on a shelf. Love it!

So far, all is good! The VinoView cellar does a very good job of maintaining the set temperature in both zones. The racks accommodate different size bottles much better than any other cellar I have used, and they slide in and out of the fridge easily and securely. The open storage at the bottom is also very useful for a wide variety of bottle sizes. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Order & Delivery process: I ordered the VinoView L145 online 7/3/23. After the order confirmation email was sent right after the order was placed, there were no updates on delivery notification for 10-days. Then I was informed about expected timing and delivery process after I called Wine Enthusiast directly. At that point, the communication pipeline opened up with frequent updates via text & email, phone calls to confirm delivery day/time window; delivered by FastPak/Wine Enthusiast on 7/26/23, as stated/planned. The delivery process from time of doorbell ring to when the movers left took about 15 minutes. The deliverymen were very respectful, easy to communicate with, unpacked the wine cellar in their truck, then hand-carried it (270lbs!) into our house up 1 step, then down 12 steps into our furnished basement, extremely carefully and patiently. They used gloves and shoes were clean (sunny day). They set the unit where I asked them to, but did not plug it in as it was advised to leave it upright/unplugged for 48hrs, so I could not verify operation until 7/28/23. They did not check for level or adjust feet. I did that after they left, and realized no feet adjustment was needed. I cleaned off the exterior and the glass with glass cleaner and paper towels, I unpacked the drawer labels box, and I put the door handle on the glass door, utilizing the 2 machine bolts already in place, by gently sneaking over the door seal just enough to get a Phillips head screwdriver to hold the bolt in place while threading into the handle. Had to search just abit for those concealed bolt holes behind the door seal, but easy enough today, without any tearing, breaking of seal. Unit features and operations: so far so good, as of 8/2/23!! Plugged in and it fired right up, let it sit for an hour after setting the upper (47deg) and lower (61deg) temperatures before loading up the racks. I really appreciate the drawer rack hardware, and the solid feel of pushing these back in to their ‘set’ positions. They feel rock solid, hold a full drawer of Napa Cabs with ease. Plenty of room for all my bottle types, and easy to see the front labels. They do not appear to mar up the bottle labels in any way. The interior LED side light strips are very cool and can be throttled down to 25% illumination if needed. One of the highlights is controlling temps via the Wine Enthusiast Cellar’s App, so I don’t have to open the door (and cause temperature fluctuations) multiple times to set the temperatures when first starting out. The App is a ‘nice-to-have’ feature. The unit runs very quietly. Modifications: the bottom rear of the unit is open so that the compressor and motor can run with no airflow obstructions. Just the same, I cut a rectangular piece of window screen to shape, and used painter’s tape around the perimeter to hold the screen in place, just in case spiders or dust bunnies want to call that compartment home. Overall, a great experience and unit so far. Thank you Wine Enthusiast.

Easy process to purchase and great on time delivery. The unit is beautiful and can hold a lot of my pinot bottles with ease. Thinking about getting another one!
