This is beautiful wine cooler that is very easy to setup and load. The temperature has had a little more variation than expected, but we'll be able to make adjustments as we get more familiar with it. The delivery and setup is well worth the cost. This is a heavy appliance.

Relatively new unit, but so far I can't say anything bad about the Vino view wine cellar. Love the design with the ablity to view your wines w/o having to remove bottles. Certainly increased my storage and can't wain to add to my cellar. Temp seems to hold and corelates to analog thermometers that I placed inside. Unit is not too loud when compressor cycles on. Shelves slide out with ease and so far no issues with larger profile bottles. If there could be one change / addition; it would be to add some support for slim desert wine bottles and Port's. Delivery was quick and time was acurate in their delivery window, just wish they had called while in route to give a better estimated time of arival. Crew was polite and placed cellar in specified location and removed all packing materials. Overall a thubms up.

TLDR: Fridge delivered with humidity problem - not safe to put wine inside - technical support has withheld information and gone unresponsive. I continue to wait on a response from Wine Enthusiast about my Fridge. It was delivered 4 weeks ago with a humidity control problem and i have not been able to use it. I've reached out to Wine Enthusiast Technical Support multiple times and jumped through hoops to provide the data they requested. After jumping through hoops they finally sent out a repair technician. The Repair technician came and couldn't find anything wrong with it other than a part that wine enthusiast told him was backordered for 4-6 weeks, something no one advised me. That will mean that i will have had my fridge for 2.5 months before even being able to attempt to use it. I've now reached out to wine enthusiast twice looking for an update with no answer. I researched this fridge for a long time and ordered because of the unique shelves, I’m so disappointed. I get that items show up with issues, that happens, what i don't accept and can't forgive is the poor customer service from wine enthusiast.

I like how the bottles lay parallel to the door and provide better viewing of the labels. However, one of my primary reasons for buying this style wine cellar was that the bottles were not supposed to hit or rub on adjacent bottles. This is NOT the case for several of my red wines as the shelves are slightly too narrow and the necks of some bottles sill hit adjacent bottles. I am disappointed that the cellar was not made 1-2" wider to allow all the bottles to sit in their respective positions and NOT hit and rub on the adjacent bottles.

While there were a couple miscommunications on the delivery date, my wine cabinet was actually delivered earlier than expected. The “white glove service was excellent for installation and removal of packaging. I was concerned about a fan noise when the cabinet was filled half full but it quieted down quickly. Temperature fluctuates just a bit (54-56 degrees) but overall I’m very pleased.

Works great. The only issue is that some bottles are too big to allow 12 per shelf. I consider that a fault of the wine industry and wish they would standardize on the bordeaux size. Let economies of scale rule!

What started out as a wine cellar has become a focal point and piece of art for our home. We love the ability to showcase the wine bottle labels. Wonderful addition.

The door gasket gets caught on the railing and is quite annoying, not sure if it will lead to future seal issues or is a standard fault with no longterm repurcussions.
