“I recently received an order of roughly 3 dozen wine glasses that took a very long time to arrive. I was fortunate that only one of the glasses had arrived with the broken stem. I called customer service, which is common in today’s world was slow to get to the phone, and then I complied with the request to prove that the glass is broken and then found that there was absolutely no response from customer service.”

“Seems like a quality product. I bought this and installed a drywall around it to give it a built in look - displays wine nicely. WiFi / ap works well too. very quiet and seems to be efficient. Well worth the money. Recommend getting extended warranty...I did.”

“Shelf design is great. Utilizes the space very well. Door on one was not hung square and is beyond adjustment causing an aesthetic issue but they maintain a ~5 degree F deadband consistently without much sound.”
