“My 18 bottle wine cooler stopped working so I took off the back panel and did a little research it was determined that it control boards could be the issue. I called wine enthusiast and the representative was patient and assisted me with which control boards I would need. I replaced both boards which was such a simple process it took less than 30 minutes. My wine cooler started running and reset the temperature automatically. Thank you wine enthusiasts.”

“I took the back off, talked to the representative, and she told me what to check for, and then was able to order the board. My son replaced it, and everything works great!”

“Elizabeth L, the person I was so lucky to get on the other line, not only diagnosed my problem and efficiently ordered the correct part, she talked me through installing it too. She then followed up to make sure all was well. Elizabeth is the personification of that rarity that barely exists anymore-customer service! She deserves a bonus, a raise and a vacation!”
