“A power outage knocked out one of the control boards in our Wine Enthusiast refrig. Once diagnosed by a local repair guy, your tech support had the part & shipped it quickly. Now, installed, our refrig is working like new.”

“One of the two sections of my wine refrigerator stopped working. Thought for sure I’d be spending big bucks on a new one. Tech support quickly diagnosed the problem & sold me a $50 plug & play part that took 15 minutes to change out. Now that’s great customer service and a smartly designed product!”

“I like the unique way that this corkscrew works - it's extremely easy. What I don't like is that it's plastic. I sure thought that it was metal from the photo, and the price reflected that fact, too. The only metal part is the actual screw. I hope that the device lasts.”
