“First of all, I love the look of the wine cellar. However, when it was delivered, the drawers were not is place and had scratched up the interior of the cabinet. It appears that there were some white plastic pieces that maybe were supposed the hold the drawers in place but they were all laying in the bottom of the cabinet and the shelves were all at odd angles and rubbing against each other and scratched up the interior. This just doesn't seem acceptable for the amount of money spent. I haven't talked to customer service yet(it's Sunday), but am calling them tomorrow. Also, have not plugged it in yet as I'm waiting the recommended 48 hours before doing so.”

“The Wine Cellar is beautiful. Upon delivery I noticed the inside rack securing features did not hold up and the racks scraped the inner wall of the cellar (see attached photos). The cellar seems to be working but wondering how loud the compressor should be - i thought it would be quieter for this premium product.”

“It’s beautiful. Shelves are self closing. I put the shelves in myself so a woman can do it! Temperature and humidity are good. Shelf labels are easy to mark and install. Happy I bought the top of the line.”
