“The delivery service was convenient and they took all of the trash and crates. Set up was easy, just needed minor leveling which as straightforward with a second person. The racks were already installed so I just needed to place the Eurocave bottle holders in the configuration I desired (4 displayed sideways up front, 6 lying in back per shelf). The performance is very good, consistently within 2 degrees F over 24 hrs. Humidity is stable. The yellow LED surround light is aesthetically pleasing and not too harsh. The double units make very little sound. Overall, we are pleased with the units and look forward to storing our wine collection.”

“Wine Enthusiast shipped the two Eurocaves I had ordered and the both arrived damaged. Wine Enthusiast started out saying they wanted to support the product but then all communications ceased when they were unable to get somebody out to fix the units.”

“These are very nice units, but the hype about extra configuration options is useless. Have many Bordeaux shaped bottles, as well as some larger ones like Syrah/Pinots/chardonnays/Sparkling. As anyone knows who buys wines though, Bordeaux shaped bottles different in both length, shoulder height and width, etc. these little metal squares with the option of placing the saddles parallel to the door are truly useless unless you want something for display. I packed these units solid getting more into them by consistent parallel line up and a GREAT deal of visual bottle sizing so I could get more bottles in neck to neck. Now THIS option is good and the fact the plastic bottle saddles can be placed where you want them is extremely useful. But with 2 of these cellars, side by side, did not use a single rectangular horizontal orientation frame. Not one. The cellars are quiet and seem very well built. For almost $15K for 2, they should be.”

“Units are terrific but the white glove delivery was a nightmare! The movers damaged walls and floors and left the units with shelves all jumbled. Took me several hours to put back together! Now that units are up and running, the are really “as advertised” - terrific products!”

“Great cellar with no problem setting up. White Glove delivery was just that. Very professional! Truthfully, it’s more like a 300 bottle cellar due to the various bottle sizes, but a beautiful piece in our now dubbed “Speakeasy” room.”

“Absolutely a beautiful addition to my wine room! Set up was easy, thanks for having a handyman at home (my husband)! I couldn't have the two units leveled by myself. I now feel good about storing my wine properly.”
