“The unit is lovely and sits very well on our counter. Temperature is consistent and unit is very quiet. Some larger bottles (pinot noirs imparticular) will not load easily, although you can remove shelves and get them in there. We are quite pleased with it overall.”

“As a engineer, this does not seem well designed. 12 random wine bottle DO NOT fit in this cooler. It could have been 1 inch taller and it would have made a huge difference.”

“First shipment of this product arrived damaged and had to be returned. The door was bent and wouldn't close properly and the face plastic was chipped. Customer service was very good in handling the return and it was done promptly and courteously. The replacement one arrived quickly and UPS picked up the damaged one quickly. The new cooler also had a small dent, but we didn't send it back as we were tired of dealing with this issue!!! The small dent is on the top back side by the air vent and does not affect the running of the appliance and you can't see it from the front. I'm not too happy with the fact that two were dented!! You should have better quality control.I basically wouldn't recommend this as the quality control has been poor.”

“Looks great, fits nicely on kitchen counter, can fit 2 double sized bottles on bottom shelf, blue light inside illuminates bottles just enough when switched on, pretty quiet - just a soft hum if you stand next to it and listen. The only downsides are that we realized after we bought it that we prefer wine colder than 50 degrees and it only goes down to 50. Also, each time you open the door to pour another glass or take out a bottle the temperature inside rises several degrees and it takes a while for it to come back down again.Anyway, it is an excellent product if you are looking for an attractive, quiet, and versatile (stores larger bottles) wine refrigerator and like wine chilled down to 50 degrees.”

“Con.If the room temp is above 85 degrees the interior temp fluctuates in the low 60's.”
