“Only had cooler a couple of weeks. Very nice.....exactly as advertised.my only suggestion would be to have a second light in the lower section. The only light in cooler is in the top section so the bottom part is unlit. But, I really like it. Tall and slim and fits in a small area. I also like the section where you can stand up bottles”

“We are very happy with the quality of the wine refrigerator. It is the perfect size and addition to our buffet / bar cabinet. The sleek design fits perfectly between the wall and cabinet. The ability to store open bottles upright, as well as hold up to 18-bottles at dual temperatures is perfect for us. It is silent as described in the product details. Well worth the cost, which we felt was very reasonable. We highly recommend this product.”

“I love this compact little fridge! It's the perfect size to tuck away in a corner of the kitchen and it has dual temperature controls so I can have both red and white on hand. Very sleek and attractive. I'm very please with the purchase.”

“I purchased the older version of this wine refrigerator approximately 4 years ago. About 2 months ago the display went out. Knowing it was certainly out of warranty, I decided to call tech support to see if it was reasonably repairable. I was told the display board had probably gone out and it would cost ~$30 to send me a new one, and it was not difficult to disassemble and install. The board came and it did not fix the problem. I called tech support again, and they sent me a new one at no cost. That did not work either. Subsequently, I spoke with tech support a number of times and they could not have been more patient and helpful. They sent me a number of other circuit boards - at no cost, and finally after replacing both power supplies, the problem was resolved. The last tech I spoke with, Neil, asked that I call back to let him know if the problem was fixed, which I did. I had read some negative reviews on elsewhere about the tech support, but I could not be more pleased with Wine Enthusiast.”
