“I had a terrible experience. The wine fridge I ordered was very loud and the compressor cycled every couple of minutes. I contacted support, sent a video and photos, and got no response. I contacted support again, sent a video again, and got no apologies for the lack of support. I finally gave the fridge away. When I told the support agent that, there was still no apology. Now here I am being reminded multiple times to write a review. So here’s my review: I will never buy from you again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid doing business with you.”

“I like the size of the unit because it doesn’t take up too much room however I was told when I bought it that I would have an additional three-year warranty from the warranty company and they would send me something by email which I have not received at this date”

“Very nice fridge and is exactly as described. Very easy to setup. It seemed noisy at first until we realized it was vibration noise of racks not put in correctly. So now it’s very quiet. Very much a great product at a great price.”

“I haave never received this, but was charged for it. I keep being told it is coming. How can a company ask for a review of an item that was never delivered. I would never buy anything from this company again.”

“Delivered fast; even though it said to leave upright, the UPS guy carried it sideways. I followed the instructions about letting it sit upright 24 hours and it's working great. No issues whatsoever. We are very happy!”

“The cooler works great, it's exactly as I expected and I love the verticle storage for those open bottles. Upon installation it was super quiet, like it wasn't running, but it was working fine. now after about 6 weeks it's making a subtle noise when the compressor fires up, but it's not an issue for me as long as it doesnt get worse. i.e. louder. Nothing to do with the operation of the cooler, but I received the unit, which was subjecterd to rough shipping that caused the packaing material to be practically destroyed. While it protected the glass, somehow one of the shelves was bent, but I see how that could have happened w/o glass breakge. IDK maybe it was bent before it shipped. No worries, it was easy to straighten w/o much loss of paint.”
