“While I like the look and functionality of my purchase I was extremely disappointed to see it go on sale days after I received it. I contacted customer service immediately and received a reply to my email today. While they apologized for not responding sooner; unfortuantely, the response was "your order has already been processed after the discount so we wouldn't be able to give you a refund for the discounted amount". Clearly I knew my order had been processed since it was stated in my question to your customer service department. Don't know that I'll be looking to purchase anything more from Wine Enthusiast.”
