The cabinet is very well made and very nice, the glass doors can be slid to go into the sides and out of the way for wine refridge to circulate better, however, love the look of those glass doors so it's a tough call which way to leave it. Came shipped with lots of support to ensure no damage to the unit. Lauren from WE was great to work with.

The piece fits perfectly in our room. It is heavy, real wood, finished beautifully. Storage is very nice. While still new, the cooler and wine fridge seem to be holding temperatures. Ordering was easy and delivery was just as easy. It actually arrived early.

We love our new Siena Wine Credenza. It is a quality piece of furniture and we are certain it will last for quite some time. The reasons I am not rating this 5 stars are as follows: first - the white glove delivery was anything but. Delivery was scheduled between 7:30 - 11:30 am. Truck driver called just before 9 pm (the night before to deliver). We live in a restricted access (gated community), which I explained and listed on our delivery instructions. I explained this to the driver, but he insisted on delivering that evening. We convinced security to let them in. The driver (and his assistant) basically made an absolute mess of our living room when unpacking the credenza (pieces of styrofoam everywhere). When I asked if they would clean it up - he just looked at me. We gave up at that point and simply asked if they would take the large packing material with them (which they did). second - there are a couple of minor scratches on the unit (not sure if the delivery people did this or not) - I would like to get these touched up at some point. third - the left side glass door rubs when closing. I believe this may wear off the finish over time. I am not sure if this may be adjusted, but have not been able to determine how yet.

This wine credenza is a beautiful piece of furniture that we added to our game room! The two wine coolers are quiet and keep the wine at perfect temperature! Loving it!

This is a beautiful piece and looks very nice in our living room. Know that it is extremely heavy and will be challenging to get it anywhere in your home with stairs and not a direct path. I was however disappointed with the delivery experience. First of all, when I called to check on the status, I got the impression it had been available to be scheduled for delivery for awhile but no one reached out to schedule. I then requested a date/time and the customer service rep said she would check and call me back, which she never did. I got an email to confirm two nights before, and fortunately I was able to take the day off to receive. Second, there is an expectation with the phrase “white glove delivery service.” The delivery guys (and I understand they are not employed by wine enthusiast) were very unfamiliar with the piece and the delivery. In addition, the two of them were not able to carry in the piece because of the weight. My 17yo son had to assist which probably wasn't a good idea on my part but there weren't any other options. I found it odd that they were carrying this piece vertically and not horizontally (imagine an oversized refrigerator being carried in a huge box right side up). Is there a reason for that? It was so awkward to manage and the two guys were completely different in build/strength/size.After getting it unpacked, they wanted to leave and didn't realize they were to take the giant box with them...they asked me where I'd like them to put it because it was “an additional charge to take it.” They were also confused when I said I ordered a fridge too, and couldn't seem to find anything in the paperwork at first. After unpacking the fridge, they didn't realize they were supposed to take off the back of the cabinet to put it in. So they put it in through the front and scratched up the bottom of the credenza pretty significantly. I did expect for a piece that costs $2800 there would've been more knowledge and care that went into the delivery. After rereading the definition of the service, it's possible they weren't supposed to put the fridge in at all??? So as the buyer, know that for one, the back needs to be unscrewed of the cabinet it's going into first, and then place it in the cabinet through the back. The back needs to be open! Which the delivery drivers didn't know...I found that out when reading the booklet...and there are like 20 TINY screws that are challenging with the smallest screwdriver possible.I did expect significantly more by the phrase “white glove”. Maybe simply changing to “extra delivery service” would be more applicable with less expectations. This is petty but the piece was wrapped in styrofoam, so I spent over an hour cleaning up all of the little styrofoam pieces that were tracked between two rooms and the front entrance.Other than the damage done from putting the fridge in through the front, I'm very pleased with the piece. Maybe my delivery is a one-off case. I'm surprised that I have not received a call from Wine Enthusiast to confirm receipt and check satisfaction but I've only had it for 2 days at this point.
