“The Siena Wine Credenza is lovely and both the wine refrigerator and the beverage refrigerator have been working fine for the first month. I would say though that your people monitoring the delivery did not do a very good job. They totally missed sending it out in good time, no one followed up with me or with their own invoices to see that it had not been sent out. When I finally called back, I had to do it twice to get someone who really could follow through and make sure the credenza and both refrigerators were sent out. It then took a long time to get to me. Your system was very good at sending me worthless emails twice a week about more things I could buy from your website. But not one email about the timing of the delivery of my expensive purchase was ever sent. Sincerely, Joan Kirkpatrick”

“Wish I knew a few things before I purchased. This may help you decide. First - the piece is good quality. It's heavy and very attractive. We purchased it with 2 - 28 Bottle Vino Coolers (I'll review these on their own) The drawers are solid. No complaints there. There are two glass doors that are jerky and hard to open. Afraid they are going to break every time we open them. This is really for wine storage that you don't plan to use often. Not something that you might use a few times a week. The 2 vino coolers do not fit and slide all over including forward and backward, so you have to hang on to them while putting in or taking out wine. After you open the first glass door then you have the door for the wine fridge. On the one side, the glass door opens one way and the fridge door opens the other way. We put ours backed up into a bay window, you have to take a portion of the back off of the credenza to put in the coolers. With the gap from the coolers not fitting light shines through and really looks badly. All and all we gave this product a C- what would bump it up to a B would be if the fridges actually fit or came with something so they don't slide around.”
