“As soon as we saw this Lancaster Burl Wood Bar Center, we knew we wanted it. The second we saw that it had gone on sale we ordered it. It shipped quickly and arrived promptly. We appreciated the fact that all the pieces were unwrapped and brought inside and that the packaging was removed by the installers. However, no matter how hard they looked the installers could not find the assembly hardware. Also, there were several minor blemishes that were documented by the installation team. As soon as Wine Enthusiast was notified of the imperfections, they offered us several options to make things right. We chose a partial refund of the purchase price which was promptly received. Unfortunately, getting the hardware replaced was a longer process. Ivana, from Wine Enthusiast, was accessible, responsive, and unfailingly courteous. When we received the hardware, we were easily able to assemble the unit ourselves. It holds an amazing amount of bottles, glassware, and other barware. Glitches can happen in any retail interaction, but these glitches could not have been handled better. We are more than satisfied with this purchase!”

“Absolutely love this piece. Got it without refrigeration so it’s more of a bar/storage piece. Very nice wood and steel structure - heavy! Also use it for coffee, so it’s my morning and night beverage station. LOVE IT!”
