“3 stars because the floor gave way when I put the wine in the fridge. We were lucky the fridge didn't tip over and smash all the wine. Customer Service acted like this wasn't an issue and we should not have put wine in it. With no customer service support, I ended up repairing it myself. You can imagine the headache to unload 100 bottles then move a fridge, then unload all the other things in the cabinet so I could turn it over and reinforce the floor. Other complaints about door and shelf alignment issues are also the case for us. If you are handy and don't mind working on your furniture, go ahead and buy it, but do the reinforcements and modifications before you put the fridge in.”

“Furniture is awesome and very good quality. The cooling unit is also amazing. However , the first unit arrived damaged and we had to wait another month for a replacement. Then, the doors do not slide correctly and I had to modify the install to get them to slide at all. The wheels kept tightening up when installed as per the instructions. Then they became so tight that they did not slide at all. Instructions were quite poor and the delivery guys were really not install experts. Just delivery guys.”

“SOOO manyu problems with this unit. First the center unit was not level or same heights as the outer units causing issues with the sliding door tracks and the door to bow out and not level top to bottom. If you have the wine fridge its to big for the space so you cannot attach the back to the cabinet. Wine Enthusisast had to send a Medic Docter several times to try and fix all the issues we finally settled for 20% return. Its a nice piece but the vendor that constructed this was lacking.”

“Yes it took awhile but I’m very happy and get many outstanding comments from my friends. Assembly was quite smooth with a few friends helping but everything looks and works fine. We did remove the back of the cabinet on the wine cellar side to improve spacing and circulation. Would not hesitate to purchase again”

“Took forever to get here, but now that it’s here, we love it. There are some minor annoyances with the barn doors, but 5 stars for sure - would buy again, and it looks great.”

“Love the look, the wood is very thin and a bit cheap. It is much larger than you can imagine! Overall we really love it but there are some issues that I don't care for. The handles can't be used on the wine doors the barn doors wont close with the handles on. Also the top is not finished which is just weird”
