“So, I wanted to love this rack. I ordered it at the beginning of November, and it shipped fast. So those were good. And it's powder coated steel, so it's very sturdy. The review score is for the problems with both the shelf and wine enthusiast. Because the adjustable feet, kind of critical for this on an aging basement floor, arrived broken, due to how the box is packaged - thinly. Wine Enthusiast took a week to figure out if there was a spare. There is not. So I emailed again to point out that the shelf is effectively broken, so I guess I need to return or exchange it. the Customer Support representative has been finding out what I can do to return it for the last week now. Since then, I've found a guy who believes he can reverse engineer the vector file for the plastic foot and make me a new one, for 50 bucks, and it will still be another few weeks before I have a functioning shelf for my wine. So overall it's been a disappointing, lengthy experience for what could have - if the feet were just taped in place instead of free floating around the box to be smashed by the heavy shelf during shipping - simple and straightforward. And it would have been better for me to have bought a cheaper, ikea style wine shelf because those have easily replaced and readily available parts. :(”

“Three of the racks seemed to be bent or warp as I could not get the last screw in place. The shelf seemed to not fit correctly and not worth the price I paid for it. I flipped shelf and tried may different ways to get it to work. Not happy with rack”

“I purchased two of these racks and one of the racks that has the shelf and can hang glasses. Three racks in total. I am very pleased with the purchase! The racks were easy to assemble, they are sturdy, they look great and the price for the racks are very fair. My husband and I redid our wine room in one afternoon. I wish I could attach a photo to see how nice they look.”
