“I love my bar cabinet. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and very functional, holding all our wine and liquor and plenty of beer, mixers and white wine fit in the cooler. That being said the cabinet has a few flaws in the manufacturing but are noticeable only if you look closely and are easily overlooked. My only complaint is because the cooler has to be pushed out the back, the cabinet cannot be put close to the wall.”

“The cabinet looks very nice but within an hour of delivery, I can’t get the door to stay shut. The beverage fridge is apparently intended to stick out the back 2-3 inches and does not actually fit the depth of the cabinet. According to customer service, this is intended to accommodate the fridge ventilation system. Leaving some extra space would be totally fine if the fridge didn’t already stick 2-3 inches out of the back. The backing of the cabinet was removed for the fridge so it would have been open for ventilation even if it were flush with the cabinet. I don’t see any reason to sell a fridge with this product that is too big for the space. There is now an awkward gap between the cabinet and the wall and it looks rather silly. I will likely be removing the fridge to store it elsewhere.”

“After struggling with the many issues with this cabinet we were able to get it fixed and the company stood by the whole process. Great customer service and we are now enjoying this beautiful piece of furniture!!!”

“Door are extremely heavy. Delivery was a disaster. Took 3 phone calls to straighten it out. Wish the fridge was quieter and wish the bottle holder shelves in the fridge were spaced better vertically. Pretty piece of furniture.”

“the wine cabinet is fine but the wine fridge that comes with the unit sticks 4 inches out the back. True story the delivery installer had to take the back of the cabinet off to get it in and he even was like this isn't right I am filing a report. So now if I ws to use that fridge the whole unit must stick out about 7=8 inches so the wall doesn't burn. After 2 weeks of dealing with them they basically say we are crediting you $100.00. You would think if the fridge comes with it that the fridge would actually fit??????”

“This is a beautiful cabinet on the Wine Enthusiast/WE web site. We experienced a few minor issues after delivery that were quickly resolved. However, now the metal inlay pieces on the front two doors are popping out / coming lose. Has anyone else experienced this? WE suggested I glue them back in place - say what??? I’m not going to glue back in to place something that is defective and should be resolved. I’m patiently waiting to hear back from WE on what they are going to do to replace or fix this defective product.”
