“I brought the smokey grey unit and love the look, when it arrived the doors were not aligned correctly and they had someone come out and fix them. The problem I have is the wine fridge is very noisy, I can hear it all over my house, I called and let the guy listen and he said that it was normal. I have never heard one this loud”

“If the fit and finish were better, this cabinet would be perfect. It's heavy, looks great and the wine cooler is a great touch. We removed the removable wine rack on the left side, cut a larger opening in the back and added a beverage center. The cabinet is defiantly a great addition and would be perfect if the fit and finish were better. Let's be honest, a perfect custom bar cabinet would be $10k so this cabinet for the money is expected quality for the cost.”

“T otally happy with the space, fridge and size. Only issue related to the doors which were not level as delivered. One call and they were repaired, however. Some of the best repair service ever.”

“Metal inlays are popping out after 4-5 month, looks pretty bad. WE does not take ownership to assist with fixing the issue. As of warranty plan, they refer to third party, which does not return phone calls”

“We love our new cabinet for its look and size as we’re able to store our glassware and wine in one place. The wine cooler(optional) is a plus. The side pockets are great for alcohol as well. Looks great open as well. So I would highly recommend this wine cabinet.”

“Scratched in 2 places, door is warped. Customer service is working on rectifying the problems. It is a beautiful piece of furniture. Hope things get resolved”

“We ordered the gray unit without the refrigerator. We like all the storage it offers for spirits. It is definitely a showstopper piece of furniture! The reason we didn't give it 5 starts is that the doors have large spaces near the bottom without rails, which wastes a large amount of storage space. Like so many other reviews stated, our doors, too, do not stay open without assistance.”
