“We bought this piece because it fit perfectly in our space. The piece itself if beautiful and pretty functional. The wood panel on one side separated, the doors are a bit crooked and one side does not align with the magnet closure, and the beverage cooler was loud. All of those things we could live with. However, the beverage cooler stopped holding temperature about nine or ten months after purchase. I called and called and called and could not get a real person on the line to help with warranty service. When I finally got a real person on the phone she told me they would creat a work order and someone would set up a service call. No one ever got back to us. Once again, I called and called and called to no avail. The customer service is horrible. Now we’re stuck with a beverage cooler that is useless. Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!!”

“We purchased this bar cabinet because it was perfect for our space a decor. Unfortunately, the beverage cooler stopped holding temperature about nine or ten months after purchase. I called customer service to request service before the warranty expired. It took FOREVER to reach an actual person. When I did speak to a person I was told someone would reach out to help fix the issue. No one ever reached out. I was never able to reach another person despite multiple calls. Now the unit is out of warranty and the beverage cooler is useless. We also noticed the wood inlays on one side separated, which wouldn’t be a big deal if the beverage cooler worked. The wine cooler works great. Very poor customer service, questionable product, super DISAPPOINTED!!”

“This cabinet is beautiful and delivery was easy. I want it to be 5 stars but the wine racks are so cheep and flimsy it’s hard to pull them out once wine is on them. I had to take a whole roll out because they couldn’t even pull out with all the wine spots filled in. If they upgraded these it would be a five star.”

“Beautiful piece and exactly what we were looking for. However, for the price, I expect perfection. The beverage cooler cabinet on the right rubs against the frame.”

“I received my order today, the interior shelves and glass showed significant damage. Also, the doors do not line up at all. Damage did not appear to come from shipping as these were areas inside the cabinet, not outside. 3 stars as I have not yet received a response or solution.”
