“The quality of the construction of this cabinet is unfortunately very poor. The first one arrived with so many issues that we sent it back. Despite requesting that the cabinet be carefully inspected before sending the replacement, the new one still arrived with issues. Wine Enthusiast customer service did their best and even sent a furniture medic out to try to fix the issues - to no avail - but it is clear that it is just a poorly constructed piece. We are still awaiting a replavement piece of granite. Wine Enthusiast needs to take a serious look at who is building the furniture that they sell. At these prices, I expected a far superior level of craftsmanship than what we recived.”

“It came damaged, WE said they would replace it. Waited for second one, they didn’t send the new top part of the credenza so now I have a new credenza with a broken top. Waiting for the new top to arrive, haven’t heard when that may be.”
