“I wanted to update my review now that I've figured out how to fix the lighting issue. If you bought more than one column, please read this. You need to change the wiring at the bottom of the column that has the button. The long black connector should connect to the 4 prong black outlet that comes with it. The light strip itself needs to connect to the prong the connects to the button on the column (all the wire is inside the column you just need to pull it out). Then you just connect to each of the other columns. This is a 5 second fix and now I can dim all 4 of my columns. :)”

“The wine rack is beautiful and looks just like the picture. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because the lighting is only adjustable on the column that has the button. If you bought multiple columns that connect, you cannot adjust the brightness of the other columns. If I would've known that, I could've bought individual columns so I can adjust the brightness on each one.”

“By default, it seems the button can wired incorrectly and the power feeds directly to the lights, making the switch unusable. Make sure the power routes through the switch first, then to lights by changing the wire plug settings at the bottom of the tube.”

“Yes, I also bought these and see the same issue. Some of you wrote there's no instructions, but the simple graph 'manual' says to HOLD DOWN switch to adjust brightness. THE ISSUE I FOUND is there IS NO SWITCH! Also I see Wine Enthusiast did not reply to anyone, which is consistent... a phone agent promised to call me back and never did that either. Sorry, W.E., but if you want better comments, be more diligent with your good customers!!”

“We love the racks. They are heavy and study. The problem is… the description states it has three light brightness but we’ve called three times trying to get instructions how to adjust the lights. Right now they are too bright to have on. The box had no instructions!”
