“Through no fault of Wine Enthusiast - it took two (2) tries - first one arrived with not one, but all three door panels broken. Unfortunately for the delivery / installation team - the 459lb beast had to be removed and put back into the truck. True to their word, W/E said they would work tirelessly to get me a replacement unit and they did. While the first one took more than 6 weeks, the second one arrived in roughly two weeks and was in perfect condition. I was assured from W/E that the unit I received was nota repaired unit, but a completely brand new unit and it was. The 18 bottle fridge is pretty, but louder than you'd anticipate. That said, all the previous comments by other cosnumers about it being a gorgeous statement / focal point piece of furniture are spot on. I have had the unit now for about two-three weeks and friends and visitors alike stop and stare at it and comment on it's attractiveness. If you order one, inspect it carefully. If you order one - be certain you have a large room to place it in.”
