“I have called the company numerous times, including sending a video of the warped shelf. The reply was to make sure the shelf holders are placed in the same holes opposite one another. Great idea! Why didn't I think of that! UGH! I'm on hold (again) for 28 minutes and counting. the piece is beautiful but after the shelf slid because it was so unstable, I'm afraid to put my glasses on it. The other shelf is perfect. I live in a dry climate and explained that to customer service. They are escalating this to a manager...let's see if they call me.”

“It is a nice piece of furniture but definitely fell short of expectations. While solid and made of strong wood, the wood does not look at all like the picture, it is dull and lacks brightness and shine. The wood cut on the upper left door on the left side does not line up with the cut on the upper right door. There is a clear difference which is very noticeable when the doors are closed. The unit should have never passed inspection, let alone be delivered.”

“We were certainly apprehensive making this purchase given the range of good and bad feedback, but very happy that we rolled the dice. After weeks of silence after purchase (which was unsettling given the feedback), we received notice that the item was bring prepared for shipment. From there, notices were frequent, and the item was delivered to our doorstep. The look and quality of the unit are everything that we hoped for.”

“It's a beautiful piece except for the corner wood damage, and three of the glass panes have scratches on them. I didn't know about the scratched glass until after the delivery people left and I was cleaning the dust off of the glass.”

“Pros… sturdy, legs went on fine… looks good. Cons… i didnt realize it was unfinished. I think it needs something and am inclined to put a clear satin coat of something on it. The smell of the the unfinished acacia wood takes a while to go away. Took many weeks to get. Prize lower than other products on the market… I would say it is worth it. I give it a 3.5”
