“Excellent piece and fantastic customer service. The wood grain looks great and adds depth, both in light and in the shadow. The legs keep the overall look light and don’t let piece overpower the space. Construction is also good: tamboor doors slide smoothly, although on my piece the fridge doors were just slightly misaligned vis-a-vis each other. The fridges themselves were just a bit louder than I would have liked, but my reference point is our completely silent Sub-Zero. If your house is anything more than whisper quiet, you probably won’t hear the fridges. Ultimately this piece didn’t work out for me because of the shelf placement, although I really wanted to make it work due to the superb design and functionality. Most importantly, Wine Enthusiast customer service was superb. They were responsive, helpful, and understanding, both during the purchase and the return.”

“We have waited 5 months for this piece of furniture. When it finally arrives 2 months late one of the legs is broke off.”

“Beautful piece, but it arrived with two legs broken off. The manager of the delivery service was extremely rude and no one ever got back to me from WE regarding replacement legs. We had to have someone weld the legs back together and attach them ourselves.”
