“For the amount paid, I do not trust that this piece of furniture will last many years. Delivered in September 2023, I have already had two repair orders. First, the light literally hangs from a piece of two sided tape. Over the weekend, one of the shelves came loose. (Shelves are screwed up to the support bracket, most cabinets have the shelves sitting ON the support bracket. ) The screws simply stripped out and almost dropped 4 full bottles. Looking at the relatively small hinges on the liquor-bottle-heavy doors, I worry about how long they will hold up. Its a beautiful piece but it is a poor build.”

“Shipping takes a very long time (about 6 weeks) and it’s through a 3rd party so the process is convoluted and difficult. The product itself looks nice but for the price it’s not as sturdy as I’d expect. If you don’t have the wine fridge you’ll need shims to prevent wobbling and to help stabilize.”

“This is the second time I’ve tried to post a review, they never posted my first one. Three stars is a stretch but if you don’t look too close, it looks decent and the storage function is good. It was sheer agony to get it delivered. It is banged up, extremely dirty, and it appears the magnet for the door has been broken and Poorly reattached. The headache of getting it delivered alone is enough not to order. I was hoping it would be worth it but after the overall experience and final receipt of the bar cabinet I do not recommend it”

“After a botched 1st delivery by a supposedly top notch and experienced delivery team, the first Piedmont Bar Cabinet was damaged in front of my home. The two delivery personnel didn't even know how to get it out of the box! The second attempt was by another two new individuals who again had no idea what they were doing. They literally rolled it end to end because they didn't know what was the top or bottom. It was apparent they could not read the language on the box and tore at the box at several locations to get it out! When I left them unattended to grab my phone and make a call to Wine Enthusiast, upon my return, one of the individuals was releaving himself in my front yard! Never could get hold of anyone at Wine Enthusiast....only a bunch of additional emails soliciting wine purchases. But in regards to the Piedmont Bar Cabinet, it was not anything close to the quality I expected with the price I paid and in fact there are several places we're the finish is less than perfect and flat out missed. I am shocked and disappointed with my purchase. I am even more disappointed with Wine Enthusiast in regards to their customer service! Douglasville GA”
